I grew up in the environment of commercial apartment rental business. My grandmother owned apartment buildings and I was exposed to the daily operation of the business. She was an exceptional negotiator!
One of my mentors is Mr. Dobard, a former mortgage broker who has more than 25 years of experience in the business of mortgage lending and a lot of experience with real estate transactions. He is still active in the business as a real estate investor. With his guidance I am able to expand my knowledge and integrate it with my skills. This project is one of them.
Research and development is my passion. However, I love website designing because it allows me to create what I see in my mind. I started website designing way back in 1999. Today I enjoy it more because of the technology and integration.
I’ve authored an online investor startup course, “Property Locator course” for people who would like to get involved in real estate investing. I’d like to clear the misconception of what it takes to be a real estate investor. I like sharing what I know works and that it will help others. “What is the use of knowing when it’s not shared?”
As a real estate virtual assistant working from home, I have the opportunity to be in control of my time…most of it thinking and creating. Gathering data for real estate investors, filtering it according to client’s specifications, and other activities keep me busy. This is exciting to me.
I attended prestigious schools. Throughout my journey in life I’ve come to the realization that, “Knowledge is not limited on the walls of learning institutions. Knowledge is what you experience on a daily basis, people you meet, relationships…everything… and what you do about it given the foundation of learning institutions. This is life…dare to learn from it. Most importantly…share it”.
